Congratulations to our Post 16 students 2023!!.

Congratulations to all our Post-16 students on a fantastic set of A-Level results. We are incredibly proud of all of our students who have secured a range of amazing destinations. Our headline results are: 100% pass rate across technical qualifications. 38% of these achieved 2 Distinction grades or better and 54% at least one Distinction! All crucial in helping our students secure superb destinations.

We are really pleased with our A Level and academic performance which secured a place for a Doncaster UTC student at medical school. In addition to this 100% of students applying to University secured University places of their choice.

Congratulations to our year 13 student, Sienna, who secured a medical degree place at Newcastle University after studying Chemistry, Maths, and Biology A-Levels. Our first prospective doctor!

Congratulations to Tobias, who secured a place at Sheffield Hallam University to study cyber security. On the back of a superb triple-distinction star in Cambridge Technical in Digital Media.

 

Ciaran Rigby aced his Engineering Diploma achieving D*D*; alongside this, he achieved a B in Maths and a C in Physics.

He is now off to study Mechatronic and Robotic Engineering at the University of Sheffield. Well done, Ciaran 👏

Bethany is on her way to Lancaster University to study natural sciences. A perfect fit for the course after securing an A* in Geography and a summer expedition to Kenya Well done, Bethany!

A big congratulations to Michal for achieving a D*D* in his Engineering Diploma and a Grade A in Maths 👏 Michal is preparing to begin a degree in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Sheffield.

Luke and Ryan, who successfully completed the Cambridge Technical Diploma in Engineering, are now embarking on an apprenticeship within the same field at the local Engineering firm, Aalberts. Their skills, honed through the employer-led curriculum, left a strong impression on Aalberts during their work experience. Congratulations 🎉
